Every parent begins their journey with no prior experience! Becoming a confident, capable parent doesn’t happen by accident. This course is designed to support moms (and dads) who want to parent purposefully, by learning to build a gentle yet firm foundation for their family.
Blending the principles of gentle parenting with over 10 years of experience teaching children, this course offers practical guidance for navigating the early years of parenting. In a judgment-free, supportive space, we explore real-life challenges and discuss what respectful, effective parenting looks like in everyday moments.
Together, we focus on preparing for:
Navigating the ups and downs of sleep, feeding and developmental milestones
Big emotions and emotional regulation
Fostering independence from an early age
Communicating in a positive and effective way
Setting clear, loving boundaries
Discipline that is respectful and guilt-free
By the end of the course, parents will feel equipped, empowered, and confident as they step into the early years of parenthood. While moms and dads learn, Baby will enjoy interacting with skill based and development focused toys.
